Yanet was born and raised in the province of Granma, Cuba. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education at the Pedagogical Institute of Calderio.

Yanet has six years of experience as a teacher in Cuba, where she obtained great results in the development and learning goals of her students. Yanet also worked in Madrid, Spain where she gained experience teaching the first steps of writing and reading in the Spanish language through various activities such as educational games and stories that help with the child’s motivation for learning a second language.

Now here in Olas, Yanet puts all her interest, dedication and love to be part of the team of teachers whose main goal is to provide students with the best possible bilingual education to prepare them for a brighter future with endless opportunities.
